Classes will provide a general strength and conditioning workout that will benefit their health and fitness goals.
Each class is 1 hour long and clients should arrive 3-5 minutes early. Classes are limited to 10 participants.

STEP 1: Attend a scheduled fitness assessment, or make an appointment for a fitness assessment.
STEP 2: Decide how many days you would like to attend and purchase the appropriate membership or punch card.
STEP 3: Attend your first class or open gym session (explained below).
The Adult program is a series of small group training classes and personalized individual workouts. This program features the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) training model that takes into consideration each and every clients needs and skill levels. We work on core stability, balance, muscle strength, plyometrics, agility and endurance. Exercise selection varies on ability. All adults 18 and older are welcome in this program!
